Annual WCYC Auction
February 21 @ 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Funds raised by the Dinner and Auction will be donated to the effort to restore the “Birds Nest” cabin; any funds not used for this project will be used in restoring the “little kid cabins on the hill.”
There are many ways you can be involved, from helping with setup and cleanup to bringing items for the auction to simply attending (well, attending and bidding on items).
If you have items that you would like to donate* for the auction, they should be at Southside by 5 pm on February 20th. Please contact Kevin Morrill to coordinate drop off or for more information.
*As a reminder, we request that donated items be either new or handcrafted.*

7:00 – 8:00 Special Meeting & Singing
8:00 – 8:30 Final Bids
8:30-9:00 Payment and Departure
