A second AED/CPR/Narcan training will be held in Southside’s fellowship room. Sign up is required by November 9 on the sheet on the bulletin board in the foyer.
Cost for the training and supplies is $45, payable on the day of training. Please pay with cash or check made out to Heartfelt Training.
Wear comfortable clothes, as you will be kneeling on the ground as you practice your life-saving skills.

About the class and trainer:
Paul Schlereth, a retired Kenosha Fire Dept. paramedic with Heartfelt Training, LLC, will be teaching this class. The class follows the American Heart Association guidelines and is designed to help you acquire the skills to respond effectively in an emergency situation. You will be taught to use an Automated External Defibrilator, perform cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, manage a choking situation and use Narcan (a medication used to treat an opioid overdose).
Upon course completion you will receive a 2 year certification from the American Heart Association.
