Juanita Hernandez will have her stent procedure on Thursday. She’s being admitted to St Luke’s on Wednesday for prep. Remember Juanita in prayer for her anxiety leading up to the procedure and for a successful result. Her mobility is very limited, and she needs help once she gets home, especially for the first 2 – 3 days. (could be discharged any time Thursday – Monday) She is even willing to pay what she’s able to, to anyone who is available to help her at home with food and companionship. Please call Juanita before Wednesday if you’re able to give her assistance.
Elizabeth Barrera is scheduled for hip replacement surgery on January 19th. During her pre- surgery EKG Monday, there were signs of a left bundle branch block so Tuesday morning she will have an echocardiogram. Please say a special prayer for Elizabeth, for peace and for favorable results.
Sandie Copass’ daughter Sarah in Tennessee broke her ankle requiring surgery and also hurt her knee.
Rosio Gamino had knee surgery and will not be able to put any weight on her left leg for several weeks.
Sandie Copass’ brother Bob in Michigan has major breathing problems and is being considered for a lung transplant.
The unfortunate news was shared with us that the Mandrake Road Church of Christ in Madison held its final worship on Sunday. Please pray for the remaining members to find a church home to worship God in truth.
We’ve prayed for a little girl who Rex knows, Clara Bond, the daughter of Zach and Cristine Bond in Newark, Delaware. Prayers were answered and she has been doing well since the challenges that we prayed for. Last week, however, Clara was taken to the ER and admitted to the CICU with bacterial pneumonia. Continue praying for this precious little girl as well as her parents.
