“Prayers don’t need to be long or eloquent, they need only come from a sincere and humble heart.”
Refreshed! The Family Meal we shared Sunday was a wonderful success! Including our Spanish Brethren who joined us after their worship was finished, there were around 80 in attendance! Clearly we have all been hungry for fellowship with each other. Input with your response on this meal and suggestions on how often to do other ones is welcome. Speak to one of the leadership team.

Prayerfully, remember our young people in your thoughts. Our youth face many challenges. Pray that they will allow God to equip them with what they need to safely navigate past the flaming arrows that the world throws at them and to accept the helping hand that Jesus extends. Here are names of the youth at Southside (specifically high school-ish age) so you can pray for them by name. (Please add others if they were accidentally omitted from this list)
Zohely Rosa, Quame Borges, Mason Coffey, Marshall Coffey, Caleb Hoze, Jamal Hami’s son – Narjis, Alijah Johnson, Michael Morrill, Brady Thomas, Jacob Werner.
If you haven’t yet met these young people, perhaps you’d like to seek them out and love on them a little.
