Prayer Requests 06-26-22

“Prayers don’t need to be long or eloquent, they need only come from a sincere and humble heart.”

Karen Hamilton is in St. Francis Hospital for tests and treatment after suffering a moderate stroke. It is mostly her speech that has been affected. She gets confused  easily trying to find the right words. Also, her knee cap was broken when she was hit by a car in December and she is still experiencing a lot of pain from that, possibly needing surgery. Please remember Karen in your prayers.

Rodney Maybin asks for God to continue to restore and revive his spirit.

Judy and Tom Nowlin ask prayers for Tom’s sister Martha, who suffered a stroke in Florida and remains on a ventilator. Martha is a Christian and is very dear to Tom.
Margaret Franzen: “Thanks for all the prayers, cards, and meals Dad and I have been blessed to receive! I am adjusting to the ‘new normal’ and doing well! Watching COVID numbers beginning to decline and eagerly awaiting the opportunity to worship in person again!!!”
Mason Coffey’s eardrum surgery was very successful. He is home recuperating with a low amount of pain. He is starting to eat food slowly. He sees the doctor again this Wednesday 29th. “Thank you for your call, cards and prayers.”
Nicole Ivers asks prayers for her pregnant daughter Selena. “She’s in a lot of pain and her hormones are making her cry so much! This pain is caused by a hormone called relaxin and causes her hips to feel immense pressure and her feet are so swollen. Pray for patience and to help her through her crying gages so she can enjoy her last 2 months of pregnancy.”
Ryland Patrick Bowman  was born on June 11 to April and Patrick. We welcome this precious child and pray for him to be blessed and to be a blessing and to grow strong and healthy.
Prayers are requested for Landon Queen (family is associated with camp) who was in a logging accident June 21st and is hospitalized with multiple serious injuries and necessary surgeries. A Go-Fund-Me page has been set up to help his wife, Jory, with medical bills and with the loss of his income.
