1 Tim 6:2b-10
Those who “want to be rich” fall into temptation; the “love” of money is the root of all evil. Wanting and loving money are dangerous desires that lead people astray from our heart’s deepest need and treasure: God. The pursuit of wealth has led to war, damaged families, and facilitated corruption everywhere. On the other hand, money, when rightly used, can do great good. What do our finances reveal about our relationship with God? How can we embrace a godly view of money? We’ll discuss this and other things on 4/10.
