This week

All larger group activities have been canceled for the time being.  Planned group activities should resume when the government bodies allow.  Meanwhile, we plan to have some recently recorded worship available through the church web site or Facebook site.  We are also including some links to recorded singing (see below) that would be appropriate for worship.  Don’t forget to pray.

There are some people planning to have very small groups at their house for worship within the government size guidelines for those who are healthy.  We are also looking at taking communion to people who are healthy but shut in.

Kevin Morrill is organizing volunteers to help members needing urgent assistance, especially for getting urgent supplies and medications.  Please contact Kevin if you can help or need assistance (402-710-9255; e-mail: southside.d.f.l.m@gmail.com).  Community resources are also available (call 211 or website https://211wisconsin.communityos.org/)

Coming Up

The Hampton Ave. church is planning a Leadership Meeting for Saturday May 9 at 9:00 am. (To be determined)

A group outing to the Fireside Theater is planned for Saturday December 12 to see a matinee performance of Holiday Inn and have a nice meal.  Please contact Sandie Copass if you would like to attend.  We have to PLAN NOW!
