Today is First Sunday First Fruits. Tables are set up in room 4.
Sunday morning Bible class is currently studying Luke. Wednesday evening Bible class is in Revelation.
If you would like to take a CPR/AED training class for certification, please let Katie Dahms know TODAY. Cost would be $55 per person. She is working on arranging a date and time.
Today, about 5 minutes after the worship, we are planning 15 minutes of prayer in the fellowship room for Southside.
The First Tuesday Men’s Fellowship and Study Group is this Tuesday at the building at 6:30 p.m. with food provided. Please see Dan Giombi for details.

Rex is recovering from the flu and has postponed his moving until Saturday February 8.

Regular Events
The Thursday Morning Ladies’ Bible Class is studying I Peter each week at 10 am. Please see Peggy Koch or Allison Morrill for details. A Zoom meeting is also planned.
“Color More Worry Less” is planned Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. Please see Christine Saunders for details.
Mid-week study at the building, Wednesday, 7 pm. A Zoom virtual meeting is also set up.
A time of prayer is planned for the second Tuesday of each month at the building, 7:00 p.m., and after morning worship on the first Sunday of each month.

The Christian Workers’ Meeting is planned for the third Tuesday of each month, 9:30 a.m. October through May.
Opportunities
The Churches of Christ Disaster Response Team, 9285 S St Rt 202, Tipp City, Ohio 45371, is preparing to assist fire victims in California when conditions allow. Prayers and donations are welcome. Similar for Christian Relief Fund, P.O. Box 19670, Amarillo, TX 79114-1670

Allison Morrill is needing helpers for children’s worship. Also, see Allison if you would like to help in the Caring Card Ministry.
If you have printer cartridges to recycle, a box has been placed where you can put them and support Schultz Lewis Child and Family Services at the same time. Funds are also being raised from “Box Top$ for Education” products when purchased and you scan your receipt with your smart phone using the Box Tops mobile app.

There’s a special group of people here at Southside that are ages 55 and older, called Club 55. They hold fellowship events, things for other age groups, and service projects that reach out to Milwaukee and beyond. When planning events, don’t forget to check the calendar in the back hallway by room 9 for conflicts and enter your own events. This is for events that involve use of the building and/or for a majority of the congregation.
If you know someone who is getting married or having a baby, please let Sarah Borges, Lisa Bane (English/Spanish), or Rosio Gamino (English/Spanish) know. Southside arranges a gift for first-time couples who are members of the Church and for the first child of members of the Church.
