Prayer Requests 04-09-23

“Prayers don’t need to be long or eloquent, they need only come from a sincere and humble heart.”

Please, keep in prayer for unity and love, the combined worship with the Spanish and English speaking congregations on April 30th.

Sarah Borges had successful surgery to remove a node from her thyroid. She is thankful that the node was benign. “The outpouring of loving kindness through prayers, texts and emails really helped me cope during my stay in the hospital. I am still praising God for you all.”

Please continue prayers for Marcos Alicea, to be strong and for healing as he deals with another battle with cancer.

Tom Beeson’s 99 year old mother, Jeanne Beeson, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 11. Tom and Rebecca are going to New Mexico for her funeral. We pray for safe travel for them and for hearts of peace for the family.

Margaret Franzen’s father, Bill Franzen, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 8. She appreciates the prayers and words of encouragement.

Juanita Hernadez’ friend and co-worker, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Easter. Her name is also Juanita and she was only 59 years old. Please pray for peace for her family.

Dawn Krzyzanowski’s 15 year old daughter, Ayanna went missing. Please pray for her safety, for her return and for Dawn, as Ayanna’s where-about is unknown.

Angelique Reynosa, asks prayers for healing. She attended in person a couple times with her 18 yr old son, but her health has kept her home and she has been worshipping with us online.

I, (Laurie Giombi) asks for prayers for my mom, Myrtle Clark, as her cancer progresses. Her faith will never waver but she kind of feels like God is being silent right now and she yearns to hear a word from Him.  She sleeps a lot more, does a lot less, eats very little and her lower body is retaining fluid. But she still lives on her own, doesn’t have any pain and is able to tend to her daily care for herself and feels very blessed for that. My cousin, a very close nurse friend of my moms, and I are taking turns checking on her and staying with her.
