Please pick up a communion pack when coming into the auditorium if you will be joining with the Lord’s Supper.
Sunday morning Class and Worship is now held in-person as well as live-streamed. You are welcome to join us! Masks are optional everywhere except in the fellowship room during worship time. Of course, if you are ill or have had recent contact with someone who is ill, please stay home. There is no evening worship at this time.
We are hoping to have a short singing study for one song immediately after worship using the singing part-by-part helps from Praise and Harmony TV.
Special Events
The Hampton Avenue congregation is planning a Men’s Retreat for October 28-30 at Elkhart Lake. Contact Derrick Stevens at 414-699-5842 or Leroy Driver at 803-960-6715 for details.
A presentation about autism is planned for Wednesday May 25, 9:30 am at building with a question-and-answer period to follow.
A game night is being planned for Saturday May 28.
The next Red Cross blood drive at Southside is planned for Wednesday June 29 from noon to 5 pm. See Latanja Mudd or Wayne Alexander for details.
An outing to the Fireside Dinner Theatre is planned for Saturday December 10. Cost for dinner and live show is $77.25 which is due by October 30. The show is White Christmas. Sign-up is required.

If you have printer cartridges to recycle, a box has been placed where you can put them and support Schultz Lewis Child and Family Services at the same time. Funds are also being raised from “Box Top$ for Education” products when purchased and you scan your receipt with your smart phone using the Box Tops mobile app.

Regular Events
Wednesday night Bible class at the building – 7 pm. A Study in the book of 1 Timothy as a follow up to the sermon series. (Also available as a Zoom meeting)
The Thursday morning Ladies Bible Class meets each week at 10 am in the fellowship hall. A one-year devotional using the book, “Women of the Bible” is being used. See Peggy Koch or Allison Morrill for details.
“Color More Worry Less” is planned Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. in the fellowship room. Please see Christine Saunders for details.
Second Tuesday Hour of Prayer meeting – June 14 at 7 pm
The Christian Workers’ Meeting is planned for the third Tuesday of each month, 9:30 a.m. October through May. Next meeting is May 17.
First Tuesday Men’s Fellowship and Bible Study group meets each month September through June. Next meeting: June 7
A 15 minute prayer meeting is held on the first Sunday of the month in the Fellowship Room 5 minutes after worship. June 5.
Marie Coffey invites those with a Facebook account to join a Virtual Bible study of the book of Hebrews on Tuesdays at 7 pm. Send a Facebook friend request to Marie and message that you want to join.

The Mother/Daughter Celebration was well attended with 65 ladies attending and 10 men helping. Please see Cliff Copass if you had pictures made.

They hold fellowship events, things for other age groups, and service projects that reach out to Milwaukee and beyond.
