Prayer Requests 03-06-22

“Prayers don’t need to be long or eloquent, they need only come from a sincere and humble heart.”

Keep in prayer, the people in Ukraine and Russia that God will watch over them and give them some sense of comfort and peace and that there can be a peaceful end to what is going on.

Patti Young asks prayers for her friend Shirley Williams whose mother passed away! “Thank You All” for the prayers and thoughts given in behalf of the Williams family! It really has helped! God Bless All!”

Prayers of comfort and guidance are asked, for the family of Nick Oliden, the 46 year old cousin of Mari Pena, Rosio Gamino and Amelia Melendez, who suffered a severe heart attack last week and passed away Monday. Remember his 3 young adult children and for the decisions that now have to be made.

Karen Hamilton is scheduled for gall bladder surgery at Columbia Hospital on Friday, March 11. She appreciates prayers offered on her behalf.  Pray that there will be no cancer found.

Maria Hill praises God for the good results in her follow up doctor appointment! The scans looked good and the blood clot that was being watched is gone. “I am so thankful and grateful to our Father who carries me through everything because without Him, I am nothing!! All Praise, Honor and Glory to Him!!! Thank you Brothers and Sisters for all your prayers and support!! We love you all!”

Please continue to remember those who have lost loved ones recently or who are ill or struggling, Diane Santana, Brenda Baas, Patty Young, Marie Wheeler, Karen Williams, Sandie Copass, Juanita Hernandez, Dan Nichols, Pam Plale, Maria Hill, Linda Stanger, and Chuck Hamley.

Also always remember to Praise God, especially for the many ways in which we are truly blessed!

Marcos Alicea’s throat surgery was rescheduled for Feb 25. Because of pain he has been unable to eat and has lost a lot of weight so a feeding tube was also going to be placed. The original surgery was postponed because of the concern of internal bleeding, for which he was hospitalized. We pray for successful surgery and that the results of the biopsy will be clear and that he will regain his strength.
