Happy New Year!
Today is First Sunday First Fruits. Tables are set up in room 4.
Today, after worship, we are planning 15 minutes of prayer.
The First Tuesday Men’s Fellowship and Study Group is planned for Tuesday at the building at 6:30 p.m. with food provided. See Dan Giombi.
Sunday morning Class and Worship is now held in-person as well as live-streamed. You are welcome to join us! At Southside, we will allow 100% capacity without mask requirements in the auditorium but suggest you continue to follow CDC recommendations in regards to vaccinated and unvaccinated people. If you wish to remain masked and distanced from others, the fellowship room is set up to allow this. Please do not enter the fellowship room without a mask. Of course, if you are ill or have had recent contact with someone who is ill, please stay home. There is no evening worship at this time.
Special Events
Southside is planning a Men’s Sheepshead and Game Night, Friday, January 21, 2022; 7 pm in the fellowship hall. Come for Sheepshead or bring your favorite game. Bring a snack or beverage to share. See Brad Stanger or Wayne Alexander with any questions.
Regular Events
Wednesday night Bible class at the building – 7 pm. A Study in the book of 1 Timothy as a follow up to the sermon series. (Also available as a Zoom meeting)
The Thursday morning Ladies Bible Class meets each week at 10 am in the fellowship hall. A one-year devotional using the book, “Women of the Bible” is being used. See Peggy Koch or Allison Morrill for details.
“Color More Worry Less” is planned Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. in the fellowship room. Please see Christine Saunders for details.
Second Tuesday Hour of Prayer meeting – December 14 at 7 pm
The Christian Workers’ Meeting is planned for the third Tuesday of each month, 9:30 a.m. October through May. Next meeting is December 21.
First Tuesday Men’s Fellowship and Bible Study group meets each month September through June. Next meeting: December 7.
A 15 minute prayer meeting is held on the first Sunday of the month in the Fellowship Room 5 minutes after worship. December 5.

There’s a special group of people here at Southside that are ages 55 and older, called Club 55. They hold fellowship events, things for other age groups, and service projects that reach out to Milwaukee and beyond. Reminders
When planning events, don’t forget to check the calendar in the back hallway by room 9 for conflicts and enter your own events. This is for events that involve use of the building and/or for a majority of the congregation.
